Transformation Program
The tools in this program were well researched and easy to apply. Michelle did a great job to summarize and make the self-care strategies understandable. Her story of how she made tapping quick and simple to use vs complicated and lengthy was perfect for me. When a stress reduction technique takes a long time to master or understand, I usually leave it and move on. However, in this program, all the self care tools were explained modeled, taught and presented in such a way that my brain could remember them when my life experiences require me to reflect and find a better way to process or change my perspective. I highly recommend this program. Guaranteed your self awareness will be magnified.
The 21 Day Mindfit4life program has been life changing for me in all aspect of my life. I feel a lot better and see things a lot clearer now. We learned different techniques to work on ourselves to heal and feel better. Everyone should take this program, you will learn so many useful tools that you can use in your every day life.
