Michelle is a master facilitator and communicator. She knows how to teach skills related to emotional acknowledgement, understanding, identifying, expressing and regulating. Michelle uses an experiential approach and asks great questions. My self awareness, positivity, stress management and my ability to challenge beliefs that no longer serve me have much improved because of Michelle’s ability to listen powerfully with purpose. She is a professional listener and truly loves to teach the power of listening.
Having Michelle as an instructor is one of the main reasons my experience has been so enriching! She walked me through the tools every little step of the way while accepting me exactly for who I am! Besides having extensive knowledge and experience in Emotional Fitness, she was able to find me wherever I was in my journey and helped me listen to myself, which guided me forward!
