The tools in this program were well researched and easy to apply. Michelle did a great job to summarize and make the self-care strategies understandable. Her story of how she made tapping quick and simple to use vs complicated and lengthy was perfect for me. When a stress reduction technique takes a long time to master or understand, I usually leave it and move on. However, in this program, all the self care tools were explained modeled, taught and presented in such a way that my brain could remember them when my life experiences require me to reflect and find a better way to process or change my perspective.
